In a low rental part of Winnipeg Brian McKay, a handicapped teenager, was tied up and locked in a shed while his teenage abducters lit it on fire. If it was not for two young girls playing in the neighbourhood McKay may have been burned alive. Although McKay was not injured physically he has been scarred emotionally, he will not go out to play with the neighbourhood children. John Woods/Redline
